**Important Note:** For many small technical issues with electronics or mobile phones, the solution may be found in the user manual included with the product. If the issue persists, please contact our helpline or email us, and we will be happy to guide you in the right direction or refer you to the relevant brand's authorized warranty center in your area.
**1. Return Window & Eligibility**
- **Return Window:** You can request a return within **7 days** of delivery. For example, if an item was delivered on the 1st of the month, you can request a return until the 8th of the month.
- **Eligibility:** Returns are accepted if:
- The product is **damaged, defective, or incorrect** at the time of delivery.
- The product is **unused** and in its original condition.
- **Non-Eligibility:** Returns will **not** be accepted for reasons such as "no longer needed" or "change of mind" unless the product is unopened and in resalable condition (see Section 6 for exclusions).
**2. Conditions for Return**
To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please adhere to the following conditions:
- The product must be **unused, without any flaws, and in its original condition**.
- The product must include **all original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories** that came with it.
- The product must be returned in the **original and undamaged manufacturer's packaging/box**. Please do not put tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer's box.
- The **original invoice** (stamped at the time of delivery) must be included with the return.
**If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition (e.g., missing parts, damaged packaging, or used), we reserve the right to send it back to you without issuing a refund.**
**3. How to Initiate a Return**

If you are located in or near a major city, you may be required to send the product to our nearest designated location for quality inspection.

If you are in a city outside our main operational hubs, you can courier the product to the address provided by our support team. The product will go through a **Quality Control (QC) check** upon arrival to determine if a refund is applicable. Please ensure you pack the item securely to avoid further damage during transit.
**4.3 Quality Control Check**
All returned items are subject to a thorough Quality Control (QC) inspection to verify the claim. This helps us ensure that the return is genuine and that the product meets the return conditions.
**5. Refund Policy**
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
**5.1 Refund Timelines**
The time it takes to receive your refund depends on the original payment method:
- **Store Credit / Voucher:** Within **1-2 business days** after the quality check is approved.
- **Bank Transfer / Online Banking:** Within **5-7 business days** after the quality check is approved.
- **Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:** Refunds for COD orders will be processed via **bank transfer**. We will contact you to request your bank details. This typically takes **5-7 business days**.
- **Credit/Debit Card Reversal:** Within **7-12 business days** after the quality check is approved (timeline depends on your bank's processing speed).
**5.2 Form of Refund**
- **Within 7 Days:** For valid claims (damaged, defective, or incorrect item received within the 7-day window), you will be offered a **full refund**.
- **Refund via Voucher:** In some cases, we may issue a refund in the form of a **Store Credit Voucher**.
- The voucher will be valid for **3 months** from the date of issuance.
- The voucher can be used on the Buraq Mart GS website (**https://buraqmartgs.com/**) for future purchases.
- The voucher is typically a single-use code that must be applied to one order for the full amount.
**5.3 Important Refund Notes**
- The refund claim will **not** be entertained if the invoice at the time of delivery is **not stamped**.
- If your product was purchased at a discounted or promotional price, your refund will be based on the price you actually paid.
**6. Non-Returnable Items**
Due to health, hygiene, security, and logistical reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- **Mobile Phones & Tablets:** Once the seal is broken, they are non-returnable unless they have a genuine manufacturing defect. For defects, the brand's warranty policy will apply.
- **PTA Approval Status:** If you purchase a phone listed as PTA Approved, please verify this at the time of delivery. Issues regarding PTA status after the device is used will not be eligible for return.
- **LED TVs & Large Electronics:** These can only be returned if damaged or defective at the time of delivery. Please inspect thoroughly upon arrival.
- **Bikes & Automotive:** Once assembled or used, these items cannot be returned. Claims for manufacturing defects will be handled under the manufacturer's warranty.
- **Furniture (Customized/Made-to-Order):** Customized furniture items are non-returnable.
- **Women's & Men's Fashion:**
- **Innerwear, Lingerie, and Swimwear** cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
- **Perfumes and Fragrances** cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
- **Home & Living (Certain Items):** Bedding items (like sheets or quilts) cannot be returned if the packaging is opened.
- **All Sale Items:** Items purchased during a "Flash Sale" or marked as "Final Sale" are non-returnable and non-refundable.
**7. Specific Return Scenarios**
**7.1 Damaged Item Received**
If you receive an item that is damaged, please refuse to accept it at the time of delivery, or contact us immediately with photos. After QC verification, we will issue a refund or replacement.
**7.2 Wrong Item Sent**
If the product you received is different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong color, wrong model), please contact us within 7 days. After QC verification, we will issue a refund.
**7.3 Missing Parts or Accessories**
If parts or accessories are missing, please contact us. After verification with our dispatch team and the courier partner, a refund or replacement for the missing parts may be issued.
**7.4 Box Damaged or Seal Broken**
- If the item was delivered to you with a broken seal or damaged packaging, please note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately.
- If you return an item with a broken seal or damaged packaging, and our QC check shows it was intact when dispatched, the return will be rejected, and the item will be sent back to you.
**7.5 Lost in Transit**
If your prepaid order is lost in transit and never delivered, a full refund will be processed through the original payment method once the investigation with the courier partner is complete.
**8. Order Cancellation**
You may cancel your order any time **before it is dispatched** from our warehouse.

- **For Electronics, Mobile Phones, LED TVs, and Bikes:** After the 7-day return window has expired, any technical faults or manufacturing defects will be covered under the **brand's official warranty** (if applicable).
- We will provide you with the contact details of the nearest authorized warranty/service center in your area. Buraq Mart GS is not responsible for direct repairs or replacements under the manufacturer's warranty.
